There are several ways you can register for the Subaru Elephant Rock – Online, In the Mail, Walk in at participating bike shops throughout the Front Range or at the event.  With a 7,000 rider limit, we highly suggest to register early. 

Once you have registered for the ride, there are several ways to see if your registration came through.  Please check your bank account to see if your check was cashed or see if your active.com conformation email came through.  You can also click here to see if your name is updated on our registration conformation page.  We know how important it is to know if you are registered, but please be patient and if something looks fishy we will try to fix it. 

In true cycling tradition, the Subaru Elephant Rock will take place regardless of weather; therefore NO refunds will be provided.

Riders who register online before May 14 can choose to pick up their ride packets at several bike shops between May 20 and May 28 (by 5 pm) all participating bike shops are listed on the registration form.

Riders who register online after May 14, the only pick-up option is at the event either Saturday May 31st or on Sunday June 1st.

Online registration facts
Through active.com, you can register and pay for the 2008 Subaru Elephant Rock through a secured transaction management system. On-line registration closes at midnight on Wednesday, May 28.

Your credit card statement will reflect charges (6.5% surcharge) from active.com, not the Subaru Elephant Rock.

When registering online, you will be charged an approximately 6% transaction fee in addition to the entry fee and/or merchandise purchases.

All billing and technical questions should be directed to active.com. They can be reached at 888-543-7223 x 4, M-F, 7-5 PST.

You can also use active.com to purchase Subaru Elephant Rock merchandise and extra BBQ tickets. These transactions are also subject to the surcharge.

Ride day registration

Ride-day registration will be held at the Events Center at The Douglas County Fair Grounds from exactly 5:30 am to 10:30 am the morning of the ride or until we reach our 7,000 rider limit.
